Your shopper will collect an estimated amount from you based on what you are requesting. Typically, a 30% upcharge to cover the products requested and the delivery charge. The shopper will provide you a receipt of how much money was collected. The shopper will return with your items and a receipt including refund of payment overage. If estimated amount was under total costs the remaining balance will be collected upon delivery.

Once you place an order your shopper will contact you via phone to confirm the order and the shopper will answer any questions you have. The shopper will then meet you shortly to collect your estimated costs and your items will be delivered in a timely fashion. If the delivery is requested from Rivas the time frame will be longer.

When you receive your goods it is up to you to cleanse the surfaces. Make sure to wash your hands after handling your goods and money. Also, do not touch your personal shopper or invite them into your house.
